We are a contemporary barbering brand located inside "The Shed" based at the cultural hub Custom lane, surrounded by design studios, gallery and of course William and Johnson coffee shop. We offer detailed, precision based haircuts at a fair price in a cool, contemporary space spinning vinyl during your haircut and offering a cold complimentary Innis and Gunn to enhance your experience. Round Our Way : Edinburgh was a concept created by our Founder/Head barber Chris Southern.

Chris started his career cutting hair at the legendary Vidal Sassoon in Newcastle Upon Tyne 12 years ago. After 5 years of working and progressing in the company he decided to focus solely on men’s grooming. This is when Chris made the decision to move London to work as a barber for the Murdock London Brand in Covent Garden. He spent 4 years developing his craft in London before travelling and working all across Europe. During this time Chris picked up awards from barbering magazines for his photographic work and worked at London Men’s Fashion Week assisting some amazing session stylists. Now settled in Edinburgh he looks forward to bringing his skills and experience to the city.

Due to his early hairdressing career and training at Vidal Sassoon, Chris excels at scissor cuts and styling. Equally in his many years working in barbershops in London Chris learnt to cut skin fades of the highest quality. All of the above make Chris an exceptional all round barber.
